How do I get to the Shrine of Celestial Light for my quest? I have been running all around Fargrove and can not get to the shrine. Please,Please HELP!

You have to leave Fargrove to get to the Shrine. It is located along the road that runs northwest out of Fargrove toward Talendor. You have to leave through the Garrison district and head north, there will be a semi-hidden sign in the grass to your left while you're running along the trail. Take that left (there's no trail there) and you'll find it just over that grassy knoll. The alter is in the top of the tower you'll find back there.
