what is the most effective combo of runes for your silver sword?

Three of the runes that enhance the Silver effect. Alas, I only found 2....

I like the all-in-one combo - earth, sun, and moon. Earth for damage, sun for critical effects (incineration specifically) and moon for silver sensitivity, an effect which maybe I've underestimated. Isn't silver sensitivity essentially the same as more damage? That is, does silver sensitivity 15% = damage 15% ?
