Celery has a negative fat rating, and it's the only thing i can confirm will help you lose weight. To facilitate my weight-loss i made sure to get rid of all the +fat foods that i picked up along the way.

Eat a lot of celery or you can wait for the DLC and use the weight loss potions.

I just eat alot of celery and drink water,i dont know why i drink the water but for me the results are very good.

I've heard that running lots will make you lose weight. I know my fable character has lost weight some how, and hasn't had any weight loss food.

What's wrong with a chubby fable character though?

Nope. This does not work, i belive eating cellery is they only way. I have ran halve of the game with a chubby hero and he dind lose an ounce.

The Fastest way then is to buy the four kinds of cellery at once...
Then doent do anyting, Go to the in and sleep for 7 days.
Repeat this step until you got enough to start the big diet Program.. I did so, Had i point where i only got food left so had to munch it instead of using potions

..
