I found a big factory looking building, named "Bomb Storage", just west of Fort Constantine. (Just go up the hill, on the backside of the Fort, where the cars are parked.)
It was locked very hard, so you gotta have lockpicking lvl 100 to get in there.. In there, i found some robots, a mini nuke, and some random stuff.. I also found a locked door, that required a key. Does anyone know how to get in that room?

Fort Constantine is tied in with the side quest You Gotta Shoot Em in the Head (triggered in the Underworld). You're going to need to pick up some keys in the quest to open some doors in the fort.
