Ships Ahoy! (But not boats!) SPOILERS?!

Ahoy there maties! I hope that there aren't any land lubbers here that have to have the differences between boats and ships explained! If there are, I'd ask you first to explain the differences between trucks and cars, just for me to see if you can handle it first. I write that, because I'm not about to include, "Caught In The Hunt" here just because Kurdan gro-Dragol has a boat! Wow! 103 or so pages! So I hope that I'm not repeating somebody else's efforts here. But what I want to do here, is see if I can first compile a ship list here. Then once it is complete, make a poll out of it. Something I don't know how to do. Anyway, here goes!

ANVIL:

#01: Ship: Sea Tub Clarabella. Quest(s): "Illegal Cargo" & "Dunbarrow Cove".

#02: Ship: Black Flag. Quest(s): "Dunbarrow Cove".

#03: Ship: Serpents Wake. Quest(s): "The Ghost Ship of Anvil" & maybe, "Following a Lead".

The IMPERIAL CITY:

#04: Ship: The Bloated Float. Quest(s): "An Unexpected Voyage".

#05: Ship: Marie Elena. Quest(s): "A Watery Grave".

BRAVIL:

#06: Ship: Emma May. Quest(s): "The Forlorn Watchman".

Okay, those are the ones that I know about for sure. But I keep reading rumors of yet another cave with yet another shipwreck inside it. If that rumor is false and not true after all, then I guess I have a complete list here. If it is complete, I'd like to make a poll of it, asking members which ship and/or quest is their favorite one. How would I do that? Or does a Moderator do it for me? Advance thanks to the first one to answer that for me!

EDIT: (Attempt #02) Holy Smoke! There is another ship after all! It is the one I pondered about. I was overlooking Apple's NPC research as she read her Scroll of NPC Names. We saw a listing for, "Black Rock Pirate". Could it be?! Tired of waiting for the Grey Fox's messenger to arrive after a day or so of doing so, even though both Amusei and Methredhel have spoken to us more than once, we did a quick "COC BlackRockCaverns" and then used "TCL" to map as much as we could. We saw a few dogs that look like "Triumph the Insult Comic" and a mixed batch of living, not dead, bandits. We were northeast of Chorrol in Black Rock Caverns, hidden behind a waterfall. In that area, outside, be sure to get all the Nirnroots and other plants, as well as 2 treasure chests. Anyway, we teleported home to resume our wait. Then we saved and quit. Then I went to "UESP Wiki" and looked it up, and sure enough, according to them, there is a ship and ghostly crew! So I am editing this. I thought I'd found it before, a long time ago. But as it is so much like "Dunbarrow Cove", my memories of both must have blended them together. So here I am, editing this. But how do I edit the actual Poll section now?

Those are the only ships I know of in the stock game & official DLC. Of course there are numerous mods that add ships and related quests.

I believe there's a checkbox to create a poll when you start a new thread, down near the bottom of the form.

Wow, tough question. I like several of those quests, but I guess I have to go with the Bloated Float because the quest took me completely by surprise (and actually being out to sea was cool).

Each time I played, the game never really 'showed' me the significance of this quest.. It jus seemed like one of those 'unfinished' quests that were jus last minute'ly squeezed in to add more 'quantity' rather than 'quality' to the game. All the others, somehow fit in except this one.

Maybe if they'd make it longer.. like a 2-3 possibly four quest rollover, Then sure it'd work. But since it just stops at -
''You've stopped the illegal cargo trafficing.'' Uhm.. ok? wow kinda waste of my time. Gotta find something else to keep me busy Just another upsetter.

Hey, I could've wrote that! But I didn't, so I'll add to that, that it's the only time that Minx and Selena show up.

They call it a "Non-Journal Quest", supposedly for puzzle/mystery lovers that I guess want to find things like that. But I'm with you! I don't want any "Non-Journal Quests"! They should all be "Journal Quests"! By the way, to me, logically, it would seem that these type of "help somebody" quests shouldn't appear until you become the "Champion of Cyrodiil" and begin roaming the land looking for people to help as you are their Champion now. I'd like a mod that would turn these into the faction quests for being the latest member of the "Order of the Dragon"! I know that Blades membership isn't mandatory in the game, but if you join when you get the chance, the Main Quest seems like it is the set of faction quests for being a Blade.
