Dual class fighter to druid issue

Can not dual class fighter to druid. Stregnth 18/97,Dex 18, Con 18, Intell 13 wisdom 18, charisma 1. Alignment is true neutra. lCan such a low charisma prevet a dual class? If so, can it be fixed?

You need at least 15 CHA or 17. I don't know the exact rules, but it's either of these.

You need at least 17 cha.

For solving this problem you can simply remove your fighter and replace him with one who has the stats required. If you're worried about the XP you can use the cheat console or import/export into a new game for gathering XP.
You can also use Dalekeeper or check if there's a dualclassing component in the ease-of-use mod.
