Character Build Up
What i'm, trying to do. Is getting a good Build Up. I want my character to be like Sion, in KOTOR II Any Opinions.
Fable II Rocked! Fallout 3 Rocked! And i'm looking forward to 'Star Wars: The Old Republic'

Soldier/Guardian would be my bet. Lots of Strength and Constitution. Not much Force. Ergo, not much focus on Wisdom and Charisma. Other than that, I´m not really sure. Toughness, Dualing, Weapon Specialization and Power Attack would be my guess for feats.
Sion wears no robe or armor, but I wouldn´t go that way. Perhaps you could wear some Heavy Armor and only pick Force Powers that have no armor restrictions.

It depends on whether you are willing to powergame or not. If you are willing for the sake of one awesome Sion, try this:
Class: Soldier 8/Jedi Guardian 12
Why? Well, Sion is a kick ass fighter that is completely badass. By going 8/12 you are able to breeze through anyything just by lifting up your lightsaber. Besides, 8/12 grabs you 14 feats letting you get almost everything you could want.
Stats:
Str: 16
Dex: 14
Con: 14
Int: 8
Wis: 10
Cha: 10
At every level up, put your point into strength.
Feats:
Dueling: 1-2-3
Toughness: 1-2-3
Weapon Focus (Lightsabers): 2-3
Power Attack: 2-3
Implants: 1-2-3
Condititioning: 1
Force Powers:
Burst of Speed: 1-2-3
Force Wound: 1-2-3
Force Shock: 1-2-3
Drain Life: 1-2
Force Suppression: 1
Lightsaber throw: 1
Equipment:
Head: Combat Sensors (+2 Dex)
Hands: Dominator Gauntlets (+5 Str)
Implants: Advanced Alacrity Package (+5 Dex)
Body: Darth Revan's robes (+4 Str, +1 Con)
Weapon: Lightsaber Solari-Heart of the Guardian-Upari crystals
That is pretty much all you need. Try to keep Force Speed on at all times and remember one thing: you are an invinvible tank. A constitution of 12 is overpowered. With 14 there… you are a friggin' god.
