Chapter III Unforgiven/Lock and Key (some spoilers)

Hello, I seem to be stuck. I have done everything that several different walkthroughs have said I need to do to start "Unforgiven" and I have finished "Lock and Key". I need to choose a side. I went with the Order in "Gold Rush" so I am looking to find Siegried to join me now. I cannot find him and I can go no further. I've tried finding him at different times of day but he never shows up at the Order Headquarters. Also, I can go no further with Leuv. or Triss. (I also read something about Carmen and the Werewolf but I can't find her either. I don't know if that was/is necessary to proceed or not. I also did not get the power stone from the Mage.)

What should I do now? I have the Enhanced Editiion if that makes a difference and am using Win XP Professional Edition.

I'm sure it is something simple I have missed, but I'm just not seeing it.

Any help would be appreciated!

I don't think Carmen's quest is required, but you might as well check. You should find her at the boat dock in the Swamp Forest. Siegfried should be at the Order Cloister in the Temple Quarter.

Thank you! I was looking for Siegfried in his old hangout down the street in the Order building and I had been going to the Swamp by way of the teleport so I never saw her there. I'm up and running again... thanks to you.
