"After winding up in a European torture house, Matarazzo's character, Lorna, is disrobed, hung upside down, and then slashed repeatedly with a large scythe by a woman who proceeds to cut her throat and lay naked beneath her, writhing in ecstasy as Lorna's blood pours onto her body."
This is from UGO's feature of the Sexiest Death Scenes, being advertised here on GB. This is a celebration of porn at its worst: as hate speech against women. This isn't a knock against the film, I say show whatever you want to show if the motives behind it are honest, but this becomes exploitation when UGO writes garbage like that.
Not really sure what else to expect from UGO, but still.
Ummm...

Kyle, could you explain alil about what you mean?
UGO catering to the lowest common denominator, while also advertising at Gamebanshee.
Vicsun, I certainly agree with your assertion that you are an unpleasant person. ~Chanak
Well - apparently it seem to worked though - UGO got some publicity and so did a number of mind numbingly stupid movies.
So is the problem here:
The movies?
The piece on UGO?
or the Advertise?
Or all of the above?
Frankly - I don't care about the advertise, I didn't click it anyway. I saw the advert, thought it was stupid, and ignore it.
The piece? I don't read UGO's stuff. But I would guess it is writing for their usual audience, seeing some of the other adverts they've done around the web.
The movies? I never watch "horror/slasher" movies cause they strike me as silly and if watching something silly - I'd rather watch something where the intend is to actually be silly
