How do I open Baldur.ini....

Cant find this file...Im trying or attempting to get this console thing to get out of drow city.

It's in your game's directory. It can be opened with a simple text editor like notepad.

Yea ok heres the thing....I dont know much about computers but I can follow instructions. I dont know what a game directory is...I thought maybe it was just the folder....but I cant find this Baldur.ini folder anywhere.

Ok I found the baldur.ini.......problem now is when I try to save the Debug=1 line in there it wont save it....Says make sure path and file name are correct....

I had the same problem

But it stared working, some how. Did you install all the upgrades to vista?(I assume thats what your using)

Im not sure what you said started....but nothing worked or started. I clicked on the baldur file, popped it up in notepad, then went to add line Debug=1 under the program options, when I hit save a messege pops up and says make sure file and path name are correct. i cant get anyway past this.

Yes i use vista and yes its up to date. I have an automatic updater that takes care of that for me.

No one can figure out what the problem is. I suggest you go to Bioware's forum, and post it there. Perhaps one of the techs can help.
