ok, so i have done every quest and i'm a councilman. i go to the Sarethi man and ask for advancement. He says "you are a council man and our Hortator (iv'e finished main quest) i see no reason why you shouldn't be archmaster. Congratulations archmaster Malador!" then i go down to my faction standings under skills and it say councilman, next rank Archmaster. then i talk to him again and he says somthing like "welcome to my hall councilman". i've tried this like 4 times. HELP!

nevermind

ok sorry i found the answer, i had to click duties not advancement. ok well some mod can close this now.
