Where are the rock it launcher schematics in vault 101?

Where are the rock it launcher schematics in vault 101?

I know they're behind the bible verse, the problem is, I can't find the room where the bible verse is. Can anyone help?

It's in the medical clinic (the same room with the bobblehead), but you won't be able to open it during the tutorial quests. You'll have to wait until you come back later.
