intalling mod question

Hi

I am trying to install oversight but I can not seem to be able to. The oversight I want to install deals with the monks HAL skills - when i get to that part of the installation it says 'throne of bhall is not installed' - something a long that line - but it is already installed.

my installation:

BG2: SoA
BG2: ToB
ToB patch
bg2fixpack
BG2 tweaks
item upgrade
oversight

i've tried uninstalling tweaks and item upgrade - as some forums says you have to install oversight before tweaks and item upgrade but still no luck - can anyone offer any advice?

on a side note - the oversight also does not allow cleric kit to be installed - says there is an error in it.

Is my copy of oversight corrupted?
