Fable Hero's Guild

How do i get the hood that the Hero's guild members have???? its a hood thats all i know

You mean the hood stuck to the outfit you get in the beginning?

The 2 firsts outfits you get are the hooded and non hooded version of the Guild Uniform.

Is the Apprentice Upper Robe Fable TLC only? If not, where can i get it cause the one i have doesnt have the hood attachment

I dont know.
I guess it would be in the normal version too, but Im not sure.

You could try to start a new character and see if you get one.
