Help with the Paladin class please!

Just started playing this game again after years. I just leveled up my Paladin and I noticed he gained a special ability, Divine Courage. But when I click on his special ability button is not there. I even tried resting but it is still not there. I have the HoW and Trials expansion, so it should be up to date with the patches? What gives?

Divine Courage is a passive ability, IIRC, so no need for activating it.

OK thanks. Funny I never think it's a passive ability. The ability is not shown on my character's portrait either(like say the "Bless" spell), maybe that's the reason I thought it has to be activated.
