I made the Frightener's Vision potion and drank it and then went to the screen where you can modify your stats, but I didn't have a bronze talent!
Do I need to wait until I level up in order to spend the extra bronze talent I earned by using the potion? The way the description reads I was under the impression that I would have a talent to use immediately.
IIRC, it should add a bronze talent immediately. Did you actually meditate, or did you just check your character screen?
