DS Mastery AND LS Mastery Help Please

Is it possible to gain mastery of lets say light side with a regular class and then take a dark side prestige class and get dark side mastery in that class?

Or do you have to stick with one side after the first mastery?

If you can, will the regular class mastery convert to the dark side mastery?

The prestige classes you get to pick at lvl 15 depend on ur alignment. So, if you are a lightsided player, then oni Jedi Master, Jedi Watchman or Jedi Weapon Master will be available choices. You cannot pick a Sith prestige class if you lightsided and vice versa.
