My game is bugged ... as always

I relaoded my quick save just like normal ... I was in that place in the sewers with the mind flayers and stuff

And for some strange reason:
My camara follows my main charcter (Like in for example the first dream and many other cut senes)
And I cant select annything couse if I do it selects my whole party ... and I cant deselect my party either ...

I tried reloading my save file and reopening the game and some other stuff ... but nothing seems to work ...

Does annyone what couses this and how can I fix it?

I don't know without any more details.

Perhaps you have a setting that makes the camera follow you turned on?

Like Berethor said, we'd need more information to determine the cause, but off the top of my head I'd throw out that your "1" key may be stuck, especially if this happens after multiple reloads.
