I've got Fallout 3 - which I just updated to 1.5 - and the other various DLCs. However, I cannot access them properly. The game does load in the texture files, though incorrectly - numerous added enemies are just red polygons and any Enclave soldier wearing Hellfire armour is the same. When operating the Fallout 3 pre-game menu, I can select the DLCs and then close the window... but upon re-opening it, they are unselected.
How did I manage to completely screw up something that should have been so simple? Any suggestions beyond simply reinstalling?

Firstly, this should actually have been on the Bethesda Forums @ fallout.bethsoft.com.
Actually, tho, you can currently (I think) only get the DLCs thru live, and that should also install them automatically. BUT, you only can access the DLCs while playing thru Live (PC or Xbox). Look at the Fallout Wiki if you want to play them off-line. THe instructions are a bit lengthy for posting here. (assuming PC. X-Box can't do this).
Also, there was a report from Bethesda that the First 2 DLCs may already be purchaseable on DIsk. I have yet to look into this.
