Game Crashing

I just reinstalled NWN I have a Pentium 4 with 2GB of ram but my game will randomly crash on me. Is there a fix anywhere for this?

I tried to do an udate and it said the update was aborted

Sounds like you could have corrupted game files. I had a problem like urs once. Reinstalling did the trick.

I had some problems using VISTA. I had to start the program as Administrator - just right click on the shortcut and choose open as administrator. I also used the Critical Rebuild here

Neverwinter Nights: Original NWN (English) Patch - Windows

I don't think it messes with your saves, but I would save in a separate folder if it was me.
