Resident evil 4

I never got into the whole resident evil series because.....well......i found them boring. Although resident evil 4 is making me drool over the computer. I think this looks like the best game ever. The graphics look the best i've ever seen and the genral game and story look great as well. I want to buy it (but every where is out of stock at the min), but i just wanted to get sum other oppinions on the game first. Has any one played, if so is it good or a bit of a let down? in fo wanted. cheers guys.

I feel pretty much the same about the series and the new installment - although perhaps a little less hyperbolic - and I've read some very good reviews of it. going on a friend's opinions of an imported copy, it sounds a lot more action-based than the previous and a fair bit harder. sorry I can't be more specific, but I know I'm buying it when it's out here.

I absolutely loved it. It is the only reason why my gamecube comes out of the closet. I like the fact that whenever you aim over your shoulder you are unable to move. This creates more intense moments when you become sourrounded. It was deff. one of my favorite games on the gamecube (Windwaker being my other fav) and in my top 20. I totally recommend it.

RE 4 is not my favorite but it's among the best video games.

RE4 was called the best game of all time by x play, so yeah, get it. It's amazing.

I remember that RE4 is a good game but not on the PC. Very poor port job if you ask me.

I own RE4 on PS2, completely awesome ~ 9.5 out of 10
Gotta love weapon upgrades.

oh yeah! re4 redescribed the whole RE series, back then u wont get much by using a knife, but now? its a whole different thing, not to mention u can save bullets by shooting at those dadgun zombies knees, then u know the rest

Well i played this game and I think it's great.. For me, It is more realistic than the other resident evil..

I played RE2 and the REmake, I thought they were great.
