If anyone feels like having having a different / fitting character portrait, here are some modified ones, two girls and two guys: A red haired human, a blond elf, a tanned dwarf, and a grey urgoth.
These portraits go in your Dungeon Lords/interface/Portrait directory. Backup what you want to keep before copying the new files in there.
