Is it just me or does the site simply not work- or perhaps not work for a UK zone user?
I register and go to homepage but ant attempt at navigation simply results in an error message.
Is the downloadable content even available for for UK users? Or for pc users for that matter- I can't find any clarity on this.

The new content is available for PC users. I haven't had any trouble downloading it, but I've been using the GFWL client more than the web site.
(As an aside, there was a question about DirectX in another forum yesterday, and I noticed that Microsoft's web site was responding very slowly. So you might have just hit them on a bad day.)
