Bug - Game says my party has died, but...

I just beat the Red Eclipse on my ship, and Atton and the Exile were both very much alive, however the game shows the 'entire party dead' screen and forces me to reload. But, the game also keeps playing in the background behind it, showing a cutscene between Bao-Dur and Atton.

Loading from the autosave takes me directly to this point with the same results, and of course, I'm the kind of moron that forgot to save sooner than an hour or so ago.

Anything I can do?
