Insert plug a into socket b, simple enough. Is it recording? No, microphone don't work. I've moved all sorts of sliders in the (Windows XP) volume control to no avail. Mind you, I don't really know what I'm doing here. I've been using the basic Windows Sound Recorder to test it.
