Missing Valygar

I told Valygar to wait somewhere, and either he's wandered off or I forgot where. Is there anyway to summon him with Clua controls or Shadow keeper?

He either goes to his cabin or Copper coronet from my recollection...

I thought he always says he is going back to his houe in the Docks district.

I seem to remember him saying that he "will return to my cabin for a while". "My" being his cabin, of course.

I started leaving people where I picked up other NPCs, I found him now.
