P.S I read somewhere that the console cheat may work(try to cheat-create creature(Phaere)) but when i try to write in the bladur.ini file,save cannot be compeleted(I run BG2 in vista).So i dont know if the cheat can help me.Thanks

HELP-Unable to save Phaere
Hello guys i just need a good solution here cause i stuck!!!I cleaned up the mind flyers dungeon in underdark before i enter to the drow city.I spoke to Sola but when he asks me to go save Phaere and i meet him outside the mind flyer's dungeon(which i repeat i cleaned at start) nothing happens.I completed the dialog but then he just keeps doing nothing....no summons...nothing.Please help me i am desperate..

Usually, after having a dialog with someone, there's a bit of delay before they take any further actions. Try waiting a minute or two after talking to the drow.
If you mean you weren't able to save the .ini file, it's probably because you need to run it as an administrator.
An alternative to the console is a savegame editor called Shadow Keeper. With it you can actually force the event.
