Stuck on Nar Shadda

Ok, here's the problem: I can't seem to make the Exchange notice me. I mean, I killed Saquesh in the refugee quarters, I defeated the pazaak champion and I even gave 2k credits to that teddy bear in the cantina to make the Exchange hate me and I still can't make the Red Eclipse attack my ship. Fluffy (the teddy bear-looking alien in the cantina whose name I always forget) tells me that the Exchange want my head even if it's not attached to my body. Any ideas what should I do?

I think I...unstucked myself. After a few cruises on foot between the cantina and the docks I finally triggered the Red Eclipse assault by going near the entrance of the refugee quarter. Then I killed the Red Eclipse commander and I got the invitation from Vaques (or something like that) immediately after I got off the Ebon Hawk ( I saw on the forum that a lot of people had problems with trigering that). I guess I'm back in the game!
