OK, I must be blind because I can't seem to find this place. Where is it? Are there any landmarks I can look for nearby?

Here, go to the clock in town's square. Stand directly underneath it. Look towards the Inn, take a few steps in front of the clock and directly to your left is the shop. Or pretty much exactly across the street from the blacksmith. It'll be on the corner.

Yeah, I had already found it. I'm a moron. I never read the name of the place, just always saw "Carol the Shopkeeper".
