custom music frustration

So i cant seem to get the custom music on fallout tactics to work at all and its kind of making me angry

can some one please help me

Did you put the mp3 files to "\Fallout Tactics\core\music\custom" folder?
Also, did you check the configs of the game, especially the sound section? There should be a option to enable the custom music instead of game own music.

yes and yes...
at first i thought it would be the sound card settings but every thing looks right there also, i'm just stuck
