Hey! Need some help, i have fought Tasheni and gotten back to Undergate, i am wearing the mask, but i can't see any ghostly footprints. How do i proceed?

The prints would lead past the portal, left past the Lizardling Shaman, I believe to a room with a bugbear from a quest(Red-something maybe) turn left and there you are(this is all off of memory, so I might be off.)
