Fury's eye

Post by howldog »

howdy.

I found this Fury's Eye thing and so far have not found any use for it. I'm in the Ruins of the Temple. somehow I managed to miss a couple of quests in the previous act, I missed clearing out the house north of Glacern,. and I never found the North Tower thing.

Does Fury's Eye have anything to do with those quests?

thanks

I have also heard of it's use along with 2 other items to open the way to the Chicken area.

As with the house and the other thing they're no big deals and give you no items that you use later. I haven't made it as far as you are now cause I just got the game last week, but I finished those 2 quests and they are no big deal. Unless it makes it so you can talk to them later and they give you something but I highly doubt it. It seems that this game always goes forward and you never have to re-explore anything.

BAH, I just found it in that one areawith the pressure plates and all and I was expecting something VERY cool.

I don't know, maybe you can get to the chicken level in single player, but for now I'm dropping it. Playing solo I have no room for an item that takes up 4 slots :(

That's what packmules are for :D

You cannot get to the Chicken Level in Single Player, so if you have no intention of transferring your SP char into multiplayer, don't bother hanging on to it. It goes for 1000 in the Traveler's Camp.

Pack mules in soloplay is BAD news though. They move to slow when you have to run and get killed, so no mules for me

I haven't found that. My SP party consists of my char, four NPCs (Ulora, Gyorn, Gloern and Merik) and three packmules. Usually the packmules just hang to the back on their own, and if they don't, they move quickly enough to be able to run them away. Even if they get knocked out or killed, the benefit of the extra storage space is much more beneficial, and how hard is it to ressurect :)
