Hey did anyone here ever actually find a SOJ without cheating? I only ever found the worst of the unique rings, but there are others who say that they have had liek 5 SOJ........I'm just wondrin if I'm unlucky or the other guys were bragging alot....

Stone of Jordan? if that is what you're referring to, I found it about 2 days before I had to format my hard drive, although a mate of mine currently has one for his character

Yes it is Stone of Jordan I was thinking about..... I'm just wondrin because I never found it.......and I really would like to give it to my nec on B-net considering how much one of those add to mana......

It is so strange...I have found all the unique rings IIRC, most several times...except for the SOJ

One of the first times I ever played chapter 5 with my FO/FW source (not built for MF) I found Bul-Khato's wedding bad which is statistically much much more rare than the SOJ...but no, no SOJ:s

I found 3 of them in the good old Diablo days.
2 of them form council members, and 1 i don't know.

since Diablo 2 came out ive found 4 or 5 from monsters....gambled alot more before they patched it

Gambling used to work great indeed.
But since a patch (or was it LoD) the items became less powerfull.

Myself I've never found a SOJ, although I've played for several thousand hours. I've found like everything except that one

like two tal rasha amus and three mules full of exceptional uniques

Never found one - got four in a trade for a 6-socketed Crusader Bow I found in the Cows once though...

Stupid schmuck thought he was getting a good trade

Nope. I played for a total of 10 months, solid...no Stone of Jordan. Course I dont play OL, so uniques are that much more rare for me.

That had to be dupes, everyone who has 4 SoJ knows what they are worth.

I thought so too, but they were all different pics (must have been different batches of dupe or something) and none of them disappeared as dupes were wont to do at the time...

I've never found a SOJ, as much as I've wanted to...never was able to trade for it, either. The closest I've gotten was a Manald Heal ring in act 4 normal once. Hmm...no more unique rings after that, though.
