I just hope I don't have to buy a whole new computer to play DS2..as of now I am able to play DS1 with just the slightest bit of lag in some places..I also hope that the henchmen in this game have some kind of personality involved past when you very first meet them.

As in the case of Deekin in NWN:HotU..I don't really care if my henchmen/npcs suck horribly, as long as they are fun to have around! :P

According to one site atleast, you can import your characters from DS1.

My computer runs DS1 flawlessly at maximum settings. I hope, as well, that I won't have to upgrade just to play it.

I hope that DS-II with have better programing in the graphicsengine and
better "code" then DS-I, because DS-I was abviosly bugged.
I ran DS-I on a PII 350 Mhz with Geforce 2 Mx220 , 128 Ram and got an fps
of about 10-15, then i upgraded to an AMD 1800+ , Geforce4, 512 Ram and
still only had 10-15 FPS during the entire game.

I ran it in 1024*728 (as i do with all games) and didnt get ANY improvements
eventhou i had more then doubbled my computers specs.
That has to indicate that there is something wrong with the game, i play
World of Warcraft with about 30+ FPS at 1024*768... .

So i REALLY hope that the coding will be better.
