inside Ice Caves - door?

I'm inside the ice caves and i found a door with two strange marks on the ground before it and i can't get it to open.
I can see it leads outside but i didn't figure out what is wrong.
Anyway i read a walkthrough just for this problem and it said there are 3 secrets inside the Ice caves but i only found this door that won't open although i did what it said and never found Raymond or anything. :confused:

Ice Cave puzzle

You must find the first part of the puzzle before the door opens. Its early before you pass through a tunnel.
