Media Authentication Error (how do i fix)

An error pops up when i try installing this on my computer. it says there is an media authentication error. how do i fix this i have tried the stuff on microsoft games faqs but they suck. please some one help me i love this game over at my friends house and i just bought it so its pissing me off.

Installing

I suspect the problem is your DVD drive. But I'm not there. Are you putting the CD into a CD drive. If so you need a DVD drive.
