Error in Swamp Store

Playing the single player game when I reach the swamp store the game tries to autosaave the game but instead I get an exception error. So I skirt the store and go into the gobit warren where the game autosaves. But if I go too close to the swamp store but not inside the store the game give me another exception error for the autosave in the gobit warren. To avoid the game error after completing the Temple Quest I go to the swap boundry and follow till I get to the witch camp near the warren entrance. After clearing out the witches and the creatures they cast I enter the gobit warren and the autosave works ok. Plus all future save work ok. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the game to try and fix this but the same error occurs when I test the problem. The version for DS is the one with LOA verson 1.5. Does anyone know of a fix for this?
