Will DS2 be an online rpg?or just multiplayer?

hi, does anyone know if ds2 will be an online mp-game or just a normal mp-game? and if it will be an online multiplayer-game: will there be any monthly costs?
thx for ur help, didn't find anything in the net about it...

Its going to have the same gameplay modes as DS1, so at least a single player campaign and co-op campaign. It definitely won't have any monthly costs like MMORPGs.

Yep, it will definitely be playable online like DS1 is through MSN gaming Zone, or The Zone, or whatever they call it.
