hi, i recently purchased a copy of WoW and it appears that after the installation i get an tome. Mpq error.. i really dont have the time to fix this poblem so i was thinking about installing the game on my roommate's computer(which is really nice) and then transfering the files to my computer.... only problem is i dont know how....
we are on a network, that's how i knew that we could file transfer...
anyways could anyone tell me how to do this? i woyld be very thankful..

You should probably contact Blizzard about this so that they can send you another copy of the game as the one you have most probebly is faulty if you get that kind of error.

I've encountered this error a couple of times trying to install Blizzard Games. You should be able to select a continue or ignore error and see if you can get it extracted. After a couple of tries the files get extracted and you're good to go.
You can also try copying all of the files from your CDRom to your computer and using it that way, see if it installs without problems.
If that fails, you can download the client, enter your Product Key, and let the patch process do the rest:
