town portal book
where can i find the book of town portal? i'm looking for it, and it would make my life a lot easier. thanks.

If you still mean Diablo 2 then you can get the town portal book from any magic seller.That means Akara,Drognan(the wizard in the act 2),Ormus..and the girl in hell.I don`t remember the name anymore.But if you mean Diablo 1 then it is true that there are no town portal books.But why should that be posted in a D2 forum...
This forum is now both for Diablo I and Diablo II, so please specify which you mean unless it is obvious from the content in the question.
In DI, you can find Tomes of all spells including Town portals, but I don't think you can find them at any set place, you just have to look. In D2, you buy them from any magic vendour just as LonelyPilgrim posted.

Wow it's been ages since I thought about the tomes for D1, half sad that some weren't kept in D2 but oh well. Weren't the tomes for TP just in the Hellfire addon or was that just for a few of the other spells?
