hi is it possible to keep all your stat giving charms in the horadric cube and they will still be active while they are in your inventory?as charms are taking us too much space.

No, it's not possible. When charms are in the cube they have no effect.
While others climb the mountains High, beneath the tree I love to lie
And watch the snails go whizzing by, It's foolish but it's fun

if im right, the cube is like an extra domensional space, how can you get something to work if its not on you?

I don't know exactly what Blizzard meant the Cube to be, but the most important use is obviously to create and change items with. I don't think the primary use was meant to be extra storage, although most players use it as such. I mean, you can't sell things or trade things directly from the cube either, so obviously it's not equivalent to your inventory. Like Demortis says, the cube is another dimension. Thus, it's not surprising that charms you keep in the cube does not work as if they were in your inventory.
