I Have Trouble With Monsters That Are Immune To Cold/fire/phisicall. Is There A Way To Get Around Monsters That Have These Immunities? Also When You Shapeshift Into A Werewolf/werebear Is Your Damage When Attacking Still Phisicall??

I'm not sure what you mean. First of all, no monster can be Cold/Fire/Phys immune as monster immunities are capped at 2. Eg, if a monster is Fire, Cold and Lightning Enchanted in Hell it would normally be immune to all three, but the game checks for two immunities and the third and possibly fourth one (lightning in this case ) would be set to 95%. You're talking about Werewolves, so I suppose you mean Fire Claws when you say you're having trouble with Fire Immunes. Where do you get Cold damage from? A Buriza Do-Kyanon? Since you're a Werewolf with Fire Claws the only trouble you'll have is with Fire/Phys Immunes, so you should carry either another source of elemental damage (like a Buriza), give your Mercenary something that does Cold damage, or, the easiest way, carry a wand with charges of lower resist on switch to break an immunity. Generally speaking, when playing with a character in Hell you'll mostly want to deal two types of damage (2 elemental, physical and one kind of elemental, ... - magical is an exception to this, as only 1 monster in the game resists Blessed Hammers, and only 3 resist Bone spells, and those are very rare monsters either way), and carry a backup weapon or give your merc a weapon with another type of damage to deal with dual immunes (but those are rather rare).

Which monsters are they?
~
Sometimes it's just not worth bothering with certain monsters in the end, for example Beetle Burst is Physically Immune, Cold Immune, Fire Immune, Lightning enchanted and regenerates fast - drops tend to boring items so I don't think it's worth the effort half the time.

The only monster immune to Hammers is the Wailing Beast, a Yeti type of creature only found in some of the Act 3 Temples in Hell. The only creatures immune to Bone Spells are said beasts, Hell Plague Bearers (a Zombie creature only found in A2 Lost City & Ancient Tunnels) and Hell Unravelers and Horadric Ancients (the Anubis-mask guys in Act 2 who resurrect undead). Although the Plague Bearer and Greater Mummy types show Magic Immunity, they are not immune to Blessed Hammers.
Note: afaik Beetleburst can never be PI/CI/FI, because of the 2 immunities per monster rule.

to get around immune to cold (your hurricane) and physical (your tornadoes) I came up with the idea of swarming the boss with 5 spirit wolves (at least skill lev 5) with spirit of barbs backing them. He hits your little wolves, and kills himself slowly (like thorns or iron maiden dmg.). Well, I didnt create the idea probably someone else did long before me, but I figured it out on my own.
It works with the wolves or whatever other minions you can get, and if you have a minion with a powerful non-cold non-physical attack backing you up, you can make mincemeat of most things immune to your specialized spells. Spirit of barbs=well worth the points wasted on requirements to get it. I think it counts as magic damage but I am not sure... Plus if you have a steady stream of spirit wolves with a nice fast cast rate it kicks ass for surrounding bosses/ distracting ranged attackers. Spirit of Barbs also works well with a pumped up grizzly bear too to distract and knock things around while taking the massive hits for you. It sounds like you have a shapeshifter druid, so I dont know if my advice is useful for you or not. It will take a while, but you should be able to wear down the immune guys. And you will have to run around and avoid any friends the monster may have with him.
My only advice is make sure your minion is doing a different type of elemental damage than you. For ANY character.
