Im a lvl51 Troll Mage at ArgentDawn Europe.
And a good place to level at 28, to be very honest, i never was busy with my level in this game (unlike any other game).
Im usually just questing, and suddenly i have gained a level.

Just do many quests and instances.
I do not have the touch, nor do I have the power.

1k Needles is quite a good place. You could also go to Tarren Mill and do the quests there. Maybe even arathi highlands.

Oh, lvl 60 Priest and lvl 30 druid on stormreaver. FTH!

I used to look at these maps when trying to figure out where to go. By now I know all the areas by heart but when still learning the areas I used this map quite alot.

For me this game is about the end game content so I leveled up fast to get to it, but I know loads of people who play the game to prolong the leveling process. They have not hit 60 yet eventhough they play regularly. It all depends on what part of the game that you aim for.

Recently got my priest to 60 with 15days played on it. This includes leveling tradeskills (got alchemy and herbalisme at 300, fishing at 240, first aid at 280 and so on), helping out guildmembers doing their quests and what else, and have not grinded any mobs at all (except for L39-40 to get money).
I've been taking it very slow, and I did not want to level fast, because the journey to 60 is part of the game as well for me.

However - I also have a L37 warlock, L27 paladin, L25 hunter, L24 warrior, L15 rogue, L13 mage and L12 druid. :)

Whoa  And I thought I was a maniac with my lvl 38 Mage and lvl 15 Pally :D (Been playing the game for 2 months so far).

I'm not trying to reach 60 asap.. It's fun playing, I love it, and I don't want to reach the point when I have nothing to do anymore... I'm working to get the money for my mount atm (have 86g already, yipppeee :) ), but when I get it my very first ride will lead to the Master Alchemist and I'll sepnd all of my remaining money on recepies and will pick as much herbs as I can... I love professions :)

My point is, there's much more to this game then getting to lvl 60 :)
My point is, there's much more to this game then getting to lvl 60 :)
Ofcourse, and there is so much more to the game after you hit 60 than before. I've spent more time at level 60 now than when leveling up to 60 and I still find that it's fun. You can run around doing whatever you want without running the chance of getting ganked by higher level chars. You can take on some of the most difficult contents of the game which require a good organized guild that does not spend several hours in getting ready for a raid. Also when you reach 60 I have found that it becomes more and more about helping guild mates that you have gotten to know while gaming than to make your own character better.

That's good to hear :) Tbh I was a bit worried about that, but now that I'll have my horsey (insert heart-shaped icon here) I'll focus on Alchemy mainly, I simply love it :) If that enthusiasm wears out, I can still go raiding :D Or do those high-lvl quests you mentioned - it'll be a task to raise an army that's sure :)

The end game isn't about doing quests really, although you can get some nice rewards from them there are not alot that are worth doing. What the end game is about for me is to hang out with guild mates, doing boss runs and working on your and others proffesions, gathering money to get an elite mount, PvP, getting reputation with different faction etc etc.

There is so much to do if you really want to, but then again spending weeks in the same instance just to get your reputation with argent dawn up to revered so that you can get a +5% fire resist enchant on your shoulder pieces is not what everyone would call fun, but for me I really get a kick out of that accomplishment. Oh and getting exalted with Darkspear trolls, very tedious indeed but I will get there!
