Realm? Ladder? Hardcore? This Zod shouldn't add any value to the HoZ, it might even lower the value if someone wanted to socket something else...

An ethereal zodded perfect HoZ is worth a ton, but zodding a non-eth HoZ is a waste of a (probably duped anyway) high rune.
