Game Out Yet?

I have this pre-ordered from Gamestop. There release date has been 8/23 for a while, this date also is listed at Walmart. However, Best Buy lists the game as "backordered", BUT if you look at store availability, it's AVAILABLE at several stores that are sort of near me (hour and a half drive). I haven't called to confirm they have it yet, but I'm curious.

Is it out...is it due out on 8/16 like I've read all over the net, or ?? Any info is appreciated.

err man . . . Im at the last chapter of the last act, i only need kill valdis atm, all wizards dead, shield done etc etc.. i almost finish the game already :P . Yes, the game is out :)

Editing: Finished, im already on Act 2 on veteran mode ;)
