quest: Arinth the Mad

I just cant find it in Lost Valley of the Azunites there are 2 places i can see there it's zunites shrine & cave of pheonix ?? i've read the walkthrough it says go east from the teleporter ://

well, there isnt on that caves, there are a third one, is and elvevator protected by some monsters, ( biped orange ones, the zealots) the elevator have some blue runes on it, when you use it and down to the cave seem a small one, but there are a lot secret zones conected one to another, when you use the last one, a stairs reveals, down it you will reach the prision

BTW is to the north from teleporter if i remember well.

How does one activate quest?

I stumbled into some secret areas and found some guy crazed in prison, yelling his head off at me, how does one help him or what, like where is this quest activated? ty

From the The lost Valley of the Azunite teleporter, go east along the path. Keep going east when the path curves NW( dont follow the path when it changes direction). when you near the border of the map (presuming you kept going east ) you will see a blue dot on the map which is the switch to the elevator that will allow you to enter the prison. Zoom in on your mini map if you arent able to see blue dots well. Its really hard to miss.
