Taar? (possible spoilers)

I have filled the plague vial and talked to taar and asked her to join my party however the quest log did not update. Now I can't go through the south gate to the colony do i have to do something else to complete this quest or is this some kind of bug

I just got the game and have the same problem . Tarr took the vial, and joined the party, but the quest has not updated .. do we have to retstart the party?

there is one savegame backup in your
\My Games\Dungeon Siege 2\Save\SinglePlayer\YourDudesName\

Rename YourDudesName.ds2party.bak

and

YourDudesName.ds2radar.bak

Too

YourDudesName.ds2party
YourDudesName.ds2radar

You might be lucky and have a back up from before you passed on the vile.
