Fire Elemental

Yes, I have a question about this pet, because when I got the spider, which i named Black Widow hehehe, i mainly fed it ranger weapons, if not just ranger weapons and its now fully grown..What do i feed the fire elemental, it uses combat magic so do I feed it spells? I mean combat magic uses intelligence If im not mistaken, so what do i feed it to raise its intelligence? I think melee weapons and ranger weapons wont help, because their strenght and dexterity, respectively..mage armor doesnt exactly have only intelligence..so what do i feed it? amulets and rings with intelligence attributes? Someone please help...ty

I'd go with Mage Armor and Weapons (cestus, staves, etc.)
