Maximized Level
Maximized Level
What happens when you max out the levels at the first difficulty? Can you advance more then or you jump to the next difficulty?

You don't increase that level any longer through the game. When you finish, you can start up at a higher level of difficulty with that same character.
To the Righteous belong the fruits of violent victory. The rest of us will have to settle for warm friends, warm lovers, and a wink from a quietly supportive universe.
In case that by "difficulty" you mean the game, and by "higher level of difficulty" you mean the possible expansion, in that case you are right
I mean what I wrote: selecting to restart the game after you've finished it on Mercenary level, taking the next higher level of difficulty (Veteran), with that same character. My comments don't refer at all to any possible expansions. Is this wrong?

I'm not sure if people are confused about this issue or not. I'm pretty sure that character and skill levels are capped at 100, but there is no "maximum" associated with each difficulty level. You could keep playing the mercenary difficulty and gain as many levels as you want, although it would be slow and boring after around level 45.

The thing that really sucks about "maximised" level is that your skills
which you use to get access to your powers will accually max out at
20. Even with gear that gives you + to your skills, this will not increase them.
And not only will they not increase them, they will screw up your developement
when you sometimes needs to spend one more point to get access to a
higher rank in some power.
I belive that this problem has been either ignored or missed by the Dev team
in GpG. Sad... Since my DW champion has 20 in critical hit (50%) and he
can get any higher - eventhou he´s carrying +skill gear.
Once again.... sucks !!
