So I've killed Val on the 1st easy mode. I now want to complete this mist mist quest. How do I spawn ??? so that I may kill him.

I believe there's a very small chance he'll spawn any time a rare item is dropped.

Start again at veteran and hope you have more luck (??? doesn't have more HP on higher difficulty)
